Solution Architect - Language/Translation

Responsibilities

• ▹Understand customers' content volumes, language pairs, TMS setup, and LSP relationships
• ▹Map current manual-heavy localization processes against a DeepL-centric future state
• ▹Design and run high-impact POCs and architecture reviews to prove translation quality and integration feasibility
• ▹Speak authoritatively on security, compliance, and governance to IT and procurement audiences
• ▹Establish and refine playbooks: discovery frameworks, architecture templates, ROI models
• ▹Feed structured field insight back to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• ▹7-10+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales, ideally in language technology, localization, or enterprise SaaS/system integrator environments
• ▹Strong familiarity with modern AI and localization stacks (MCP, CLI, Claude Code, TMS, MT API integration, Translation Memory/Glossary workflows, CMS integrations, REST/webhook APIs)
• ▹A workflow transformation mindset, able to map complex enterprise content pipelines
• ▹Solid understanding of the LSP (language service provider) business model
• ▹Security and compliance fluency for regulated industries
• ▹Strong enterprise instincts navigating localization managers, IT architects, and C-level buyers in the same deal
• ▹Fluent English required
