Solution Architect - Voice

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical discovery and validation across DeepL Voice use cases (meetings, live conversations, APIs)
• ▹Run proof-of-concepts and architecture reviews with contact center leaders, IT architects, and CX stakeholders
• ▹Advise on end-to-end voice architecture: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, real-time speech-to-speech translation, telephony/SIP/contact center integrations
• ▹Enable BPO and contact center partners to deploy and scale voice AI globally, building repeatable playbooks
• ▹Bring structured product feedback on latency constraints, voice quality trade-offs, and integration gaps

Requirements

• ▹7-10+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales in enterprise or SaaS environments
• ▹Solid familiarity with the voice stack: SIP/VoIP/IVR, CCaaS platform architecture, contact center platforms (e.g. Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect), speech-to-text/text-to-speech/speech-to-speech systems, LLM-based conversational AI, WebSocket/API integration, AWS cloud architecture
• ▹A systems mindset and passion for designing voice solutions across disparate IT environments
• ▹Strong enterprise instincts building credibility with contact center leaders, IT/enterprise architects, and CX teams
