Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to accelerate the roadmap and impact
• ▹Collaborate with other teams and engineers on cross-cutting engineering initiatives or common product primitives
• ▹Mentor engineers up to your own level, assigning tasks and helping them grow throughout each project
• ▹Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of full-stack experience with an emphasis on backend skills
• ▹Experience leading small teams of engineers to deliver impactful projects
• ▹Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ▹Multiple years of experience building user-facing SaaS products, for both startups and enterprise users
• ▹Experience building 0→1 products and solving tough engineering problems in bias-for-action environments
• ▹TypeScript experience is a plus — the stack is React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL & MongoDB
• ▹Open to using AI responsibly to amplify their work
