Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact
• ▹Set direction for critical technical surface areas to stay ahead of rapid growth
• ▹Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure using modern frameworks (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• ▹Work with talented engineers to make a significant impact on the customer base
• ▹Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture as the company grows

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of industry experience
• ▹Technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects
• ▹Previous startup experience or experience in a bias-for-action environment
• ▹Previous experience working on greenfield projects
• ▹Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space
