Solutions Engineer *Remote* (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own technical onboarding & integrations: plan and drive timelines and go-live readiness
• ▹Support Sales & Partnerships in pre-sales: technical discovery, solution design, demos, RFPs, POCs
• ▹Be the integration problem solver during onboarding: troubleshoot, propose workarounds, coordinate with Engineering
• ▹Enable and train developers & operators through workshops and training sessions
• ▹Build reusable assets: reference architectures, integration playbooks, and checklists
• ▹Bring customer feedback into the product loop, identifying recurring pain points

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering/architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting
• ▹Strong technical experience with APIs and integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks, OAuth/API keys, Postman/cURL)
• ▹Comfortable with one programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java) for lightweight prototypes
• ▹Strong communication skills across demos, solution design, and technical enablement
• ▹High-ownership, service-oriented mindset driving end-to-end solutions
• ▹Experience building repeatable processes (intake, triage, enablement assets)
• ▹Experience owning complex customer/partner integrations end-to-end
• ▹Fluent in English

Nice to have

• ▹Fintech/payments/cards experience
• ▹Experience with ERP or accounting integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV, Xero, QuickBooks)
• ▹Other European languages are a plus
