Customer Success Manager - Senior (T Cloud Public)

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the T Cloud Public team, driving cloud success for customers from onboarding advice to upselling.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to T Cloud Public expert, providing customers with reliable guidance and driving business growth
  • Offer tailored advice to customers on first-time use of TCP or improving ongoing cloud performance through upselling
  • Proactively engage customers to prevent churn, using analytical insight and management expertise
  • Leverage technical know-how to improve customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests
  • Actively contribute to the vertical squads within T Cloud Public
  • Collaborate on optimizing and evolving Customer Success Management for TCP
  • Provide feedback that elevates the "Service Excellence Culture"

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in IT architecture, cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and market-relevant cloud ecosystems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Rackspace offerings is beneficial
  • Experience with developer tools, APIs and integration frameworks is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of standardized services delivered through platforms
  • Proven success working with international teams and coordinating across borders
  • Experience in international cooperation with Local Business Units and NatCos
  • Cloud certifications (e.g. OTC Practitioner or comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certification, and agile method certifications such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally
