An experienced Corporate Infrastructure Engineer role at Wolt/DoorDash focused on building and scaling fully automated corporate IT infrastructure hosted in AWS, working across Security, IT, Network Engineering and Enterprise Systems teams. Reports into the Manager, Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Run and maintain corporate infrastructure hosted in AWS
  • ▹Maintain and administer infrastructure deployment tools
  • ▹Build high-quality, scalable systems with cross-functional teams
  • ▹Think critically, get into the details and change directions rapidly
  • ▹Handle multiple contending priorities and plan work accordingly
  • ▹Navigate existing technologies and quickly learn and adapt to new ones
  • ▹Make recommendations for the improvement and development of IT systems

Requirements

  • ▹4+ years of experience in an Infrastructure Engineering role
  • ▹Demonstrated experience with Python, bash and other scripting fundamentals
  • ▹High familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and GCP systems/tools
  • ▹2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi
  • ▹2+ years of experience working with microservices
  • ▹Understanding of monitoring/observability, with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Datadog, Splunk
  • ▹Experience in configuration management and security management
  • ▹Self-starter with attention to detail who values system monitoring
