AI Search and Discovery Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Own AEO strategy across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
• ▹Map and optimize the company's presence across the LLM-ingested ecosystem (HackerNews, Reddit, G2, TrustRadius, YouTube etc.)
• ▹Define and own the topic cluster and authority map for core categories (payment orchestration, PSP architecture, ACH/RTP infrastructure, stablecoin rails, ledger systems)
• ▹Build evaluation content for technical and operational buyers: build vs. buy frameworks, comparison pages, architecture guides
• ▹Partner with founders, executives, and engineering SMEs to translate product and market shifts into authoritative content
• ▹Own SEO and AEO performance analytics, connecting organic performance to pipeline and revenue
• ▹Partner with a design engineer on technical SEO standards, schema, and structured data

Requirements

• ▹6-8 years in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth, ideally at B2B SaaS/fintech/infrastructure/API/developer-tool companies
• ▹Proven track record growing qualified organic traffic and pipeline through content strategy
• ▹Strong perspective on how search is evolving in the AI era, with hands-on AEO experience
• ▹Highly analytical, comfortable working in large datasets
• ▹Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Profound, or similar
• ▹Strong writing ability — the senior IC bar includes shipping content, not just briefing it
