Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain high-fidelity dbt and SQL models as the ground truth for usage-based revenue data
• ▹Develop tools and permissions frameworks that let "Analyst Agents" query Athena and correlate signals (e.g. Salesforce churn, API latency)
• ▹Serve as technical bridge to Engineering/Infra to keep data contracts agent-ready and reliable
• ▹Partner with the Head of Data to ingest internal call audio and turn it into queryable insights for GTM teams
• ▹Automate manual, repetitive SQL work with code and agents

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in high-growth Data or AI Engineering roles
• ▹Mastery of SQL and production-grade Python, with a track record building RAG or agentic systems on structured data
• ▹Familiarity with usage-based SaaS metrics: consumption patterns, gross margins, NRR
• ▹Comfort with work-in-progress infrastructure, turning messy, siloed data into high-impact business logic

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer
• ▹Experience with real-time billing and consumption systems
• ▹Contributions to open-source data or AI projects
