Responsibilities

• ▹Guide new AI and agent use cases from an AI governance perspective
• ▹Act as an active interface between business units, platform teams, and governance
• ▹Further develop the agent architecture and AI governance tooling, including observability and tracking systems
• ▹Develop compliance mechanisms together with the AI governance manager

Requirements

• ▹Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable IT-related field
• ▹Solid knowledge of IT and platform architecture as well as IT governance
• ▹Understanding of modern AI technologies (GenAI, agents) and experience guiding implementation projects from a governance/architecture perspective
• ▹Experience with modeling/governance tools such as BPMN, ADONIS, LeanIX, or Jira
• ▹Ability to structure and operationalize 2nd-line requirements
• ▹Fluent German and good English
