IT Service Specialist – Project Management Focus

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan, steer and accompany cross-cutting IT initiatives through to completion
• ▹Define goals, milestones and roadmaps, coordinate multiple squads and external providers
• ▹Capture complex business requirements and translate them into user stories and solutions
• ▹Shape processes with the Product Owner, manage vendor contracts and the change/run budget
• ▹Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• ▹Prepare management reports and decision-support materials

Requirements

• ▹Degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable
• ▹Several years of IT project management experience at the business/IT interface, ideally in output management
• ▹Solid experience in a similar coordinating IT role
• ▹Experience implementing output management systems and data/document migration
• ▹Confident with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, ideally some AI/LLM exposure
• ▹Agile mindset, comfortable writing user stories; Scrum/PRINCE2/PMP certification a plus

Nice to have

• ▹Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP certification
