Associate Installer Support Engineer (Dutch Speaking) – Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide live technical support for residential energy products via phone, chat and email
• ▹Follow best practices for case handling and detailed documentation
• ▹Become a subject matter expert in Tesla energy products
• ▹Troubleshoot proprietary power electronics systems
• ▹Read single-line diagrams for PV and storage systems
• ▹Use Linux environments, SSH and other tools for advanced troubleshooting

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 2+ years as a technician
• ▹Fluency in English and Dutch
• ▹Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
• ▹Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Experience in customer service and technical support
• ▹Understanding of electrical theory and AC/DC power systems
• ▹Experience troubleshooting metering and communications issues

Nice to have

• ▹Electrical engineering knowledge/experience
