Responsibilities

• ▹Support execution of tests for seats, closures, interiors, structures and thermal systems per SOPs
• ▹Design and build mechanical and electrical test fixtures for use inside and outside environmental chambers
• ▹Process raw test data and help prepare high-quality reports for internal technical teams
• ▹Participate in destructive teardowns for root-cause analysis, documenting findings
• ▹Contribute to maintaining procedures, SOPs, standards and lab equipment

Requirements

• ▹Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Chemical Engineering, Physics or similar
• ▹Experience with electronic controllers and CAN communication
• ▹3D CAD skills and ability to create wiring/hydraulics diagrams
• ▹Solid grasp of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mechanics and electronics
• ▹Initial experience with MATLAB/Python for data processing
• ▹Fluent English; German is a plus

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience at an OEM or equipment/machine manufacturer
• ▹Experience with LabVIEW and data acquisition systems
• ▹Project management exposure
