Responsibilities

• ▹Perform cell tests using specialized equipment, environmental chambers, and data loggers
• ▹Design, build, and validate test equipment
• ▹Develop software tools to analyze test data and predict cell lifetime
• ▹Apply fabrication methods to deliver test equipment quickly
• ▹Conduct root cause analysis for cell qualification issues
• ▹Contribute to SOPs, lab commissioning, and staff training

Requirements

• ▹Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or similar
• ▹Foundational understanding of cell degradation mechanisms
• ▹3D design/CAD skills and wiring/hydraulics diagram creation
• ▹Hands-on mindset for building and troubleshooting equipment
• ▹Fluent English, German a plus
• ▹Analytical, proactive, structured work style

Nice to have

• ▹OEM/supplier or equipment manufacturer experience
• ▹MATLAB/Python experience, SQL a plus
• ▹Project management experience or foundations
