Service Hotline Engineer for Smart PV Business

Backend Developer • On-site • Full-time • 📍 Düsseldorf

Technical customer support engineering role in the Smart PV business, based in Nuremberg or Dusseldorf, handling phone/email troubleshooting and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact to investigate and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Provide Level 2 technical support, working closely with senior engineering teams
  • Guide customers and partners through product-related inquiries and technical training
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and system performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Native-level German and professional-level English
