Mechanical Wet Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform engineering tasks for sanitary systems, plumbing, wastewater treatment and natural gas supply design
• ▹Prepare mechanical engineering calculations (water hydraulics, static pressure, equipment sizing)
• ▹Coordinate with other disciplines in preparing deliverables
• ▹Support on-site project execution as technical consultant
• ▹Support development of conceptual, preliminary and final design documents
• ▹Work on wastewater, rainwater and gravity drainage systems, considering environmental impact

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education
• ▹5+ years of experience with sanitary, wastewater and rainwater systems
• ▹Very good knowledge of Autodesk Building Systems software
• ▹General knowledge of industrial and manufacturing facility design standards
• ▹Strong team player able to build effective working relationships
• ▹Fluent German and very good English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with natural gas supply systems
• ▹Experience with advanced technology facilities (e.g. semiconductors)
