Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world Discover your exciting role Exyte are now hiring for a Expert Quantity Survey CSA (m/f/d), responsible for the preconstruction commercial management of CSA scope on Data Center projects in Germany. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs * Ensure effective coordination and timely handling of all tender related activities and responses * Review proposals with designers and coordinate subcontractor enquiries * Lead the procurement process for subcontract CSA work packages * Subcontractor management * Manage and monitor all commercial aspects of CSA packages across assigned projects * Responsible for cost controlling and work closely with Project Managers regarding contract variations * Support supply chain development and preferred supplier alignment for CSA work packages Show your expertise * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related area * Several years relevant work experiences with a main contractor, ideally within Data Centers * Excellent English language skills; good German languages skills are a plus * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced project environment * Motivation and independent working style to push topics independently and persistently and to achieve high quality results * Excellent negotiation and communication skills
