IT Project Manager (ERP)

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the company's digitalization and lead the rollout of the group-wide ERP system
• ▹Organize and lead regular project meetings and steering committee sessions
• ▹Ensure transparent tracking of responsibilities, timelines, risks and critical project paths
• ▹Steer and monitor the on-time introduction of a market-leading ERP system
• ▹Act proactively on emerging challenges to minimize delays and reduce complexity
• ▹Serve as the interface between the company, its subsidiaries, key users and the implementation partner

Requirements

• ▹Solid project management knowledge and experience leading complex, international ERP implementation projects
• ▹Strong understanding of ERP systems, their functions, and business processes
• ▹Effective communication in German and English, confident interaction with various stakeholders
• ▹Structured working style for precise project planning and follow-through
• ▹Ability to work independently and make decisions
• ▹Willingness to travel about 30% of working time, Class B driving license
