(Senior) Product Manager - Spend Intelligence (AI) *EU/UK remote* (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pliant Assistant and AI-enabled spend intelligence experiences
• ▹Build natural-language and assistant experiences that let users ask questions about spend and financial data
• ▹Drive the progression from insights to recommendations to action, including proactive monitoring, alerts, and automation
• ▹Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Design on data models, evaluation, observability, and reliability
• ▹Define reusable AI patterns and best practices, enabling other product teams to embed AI where it makes sense
• ▹Write detailed product requirements and go deep with engineers on backend-heavy problems
• ▹Define and monitor KPIs such as assistant adoption, AI-influenced decisions, and reduction in manual analysis

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of product management or relevant experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, AI/ML, or data/platform-heavy environments
• ▹Strong product instinct and the ability to distinguish interesting technology from valuable product outcomes
• ▹Experience with complex systems involving data, workflows, or APIs
• ▹Strong technical fluency, comfortable working closely with engineers on data access, integrations, and model capabilities
• ▹Track record of shipping products that are adopted in real workflows
• ▹Fluent in English
