Senior Product Operations Manager (AI Workflows) *EU/UK remote* (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and continuously evolve Pliant's Product Operating System: roadmaps, PRDs, OKRs, feature-request triage, release management, retros, KPIs
• ▹Design and ship AI-powered workflows that reduce PM workload, from PRD drafting to release notes
• ▹Drive consistency across the tech organization while preserving team autonomy where appropriate
• ▹Build the Product analytics foundation together with the Data team: dashboards, KPI governance, data quality standards
• ▹Evaluate and rationalize the Product tool stack (Notion, Jira, AI builder layer such as Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, Gumloop, Notion AI)
• ▹Coach PMs on new tools and workflows and capture institutional knowledge
• ▹Ensure the Product OS interfaces cleanly with adjacent functions (Engineering, Design, Commercial, Support)
• ▹Shape what Product Operations becomes at Pliant as the function grows

Requirements

• ▹3-5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Technical Program Management or similar, ideally in fast-growing B2B SaaS
• ▹Hands-on power-user fluency with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI)
• ▹Strongly preferred: ability to build with AI tools too - prompting, evals, low-code/no-code workflows (n8n, Gumloop, Make), light scripting, API integrations
• ▹Systems thinking, able to design operating models that scale without adding bureaucracy
• ▹Strong product instincts and empathy for PMs
• ▹Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from a blank page
• ▹Crisp written communication skills
• ▹Fluent in English; Berlin preferred, remote possible within the EU
