IT Project Lead – IT Service Management

Backend Developer • On-site • Full-time • 📍 Wels

As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for customer requirements and quality of operations/support processes, while optimizing ITIL-based service management processes and leading projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers regarding requirements and quality
  • Maintain ongoing customer communication and optimize ITIL service management processes
  • Conduct service improvement meetings and analyze/discuss KPIs and SLAs
  • Take on project management including planning, steering, control and stakeholder coordination
  • Work closely with project, development and support teams
  • Handle public tenders and prepare calculations, develop technical concepts (e.g. transition projects)

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (HTL, FH or university)
  • Several years of experience in IT service management is desirable
  • Solid ITIL knowledge
  • Project management experience or corresponding certification
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Solid German and English skills

Nice to have

  • ITIL or PM certification
