Responsibilities

• ▹Provide functional leadership for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within an international transformation program
• ▹Further develop the global Employee Central template to harmonize HR processes internationally
• ▹Work with international project teams and external partners
• ▹Ensure a consistent system landscape and contribute to standardizing and improving HR process efficiency
• ▹Own central configuration elements such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Role-Based Permissions, and organizational structures
• ▹Balance global requirements with local specifics, ensuring high data quality through reviews and validation

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• ▹Experience with international rollouts or global template approaches
• ▹Experience working with external implementation partners and international stakeholders
• ▹Solid knowledge of core SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration principles, with experience integrating payroll and time management
• ▹Very good English skills due to the international project scope
• ▹Willingness to travel up to 25% of working time
