IT Project Leader – Digitalization

Responsibilities

• ▹Take ownership of central digitalization initiatives from initial idea through to successful rollout
• ▹Develop structures for digitalization and the software lifecycle
• ▹Steer projects from the concept phase through pilots into operation
• ▹Bring together business units, IT and external partners for clear implementation
• ▹Recognize potential, prioritize sensibly, and keep an overview even in complex projects
• ▹Actively help shape an environment where new technologies are tested and established

Requirements

• ▹Experience steering digitalization or transformation projects
• ▹A good sense for processes, organization and technology
• ▹Ability to bring together and engage different stakeholders
• ▹Structure, clarity and assertiveness, even when things get complex
• ▹Enjoyment of actively driving change forward
