You will be responsible for planning and engineering of electrical systems, as well as building and leading a new team of Electrical Engineers. Your role will also involve recruiting team members, setting goals, and ensuring successful project delivery. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Planning, project planning, calculation and installation execution planning of electrotechnical systems * Preparation of detailed execution documents (e.g. drawings, functional descriptions, bill of quantities) for the procurement of installation and planning services and clarify any questions that arise during the execution phase * Building, Leading and developing a team of Electrical Engineers * Adherence to budget, quality and deadline requirements within the assigned projects * Supporting project management in the preparation and, if necessary, updating of schedules * Coordination of subcontractors and assurance of the highest execution quality, as well as compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirement * Coordination and control of the interfaces of the individual trades Show your expertise * Degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar * Extensive years' experience in leading the design of major electrical project or / and leading electrical position of a fast-track project, preferably in the high technology or industrial sector * Technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering, Design and Construction for High Voltage and Low Voltage Electrical systems from Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover * Technical knowledge and understanding of project execution processes in a fast-track environment * Extensive local construction knowledge * Ability to mentor and motivate a team as well as experience in leadership positions within a technically challenging environment * Excellent English and German skills * Willingness to travel to project sites within Central Europe (Austria, Germany, Italy) What we offer * Your start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleagues * Attractive location: Our location features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desks * Buddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the team * Work-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile working * Keep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through eGym Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in Germany Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
