IT Service Desk Analyst (German and English, Pécs, Part Time)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide IT support to European stores by phone and e-mail
• ▹Analyze emerging IT errors and work towards their resolution
• ▹Record, track and follow up on incidents and requests
• ▹Collaborate with training, quality and expert groups
• ▹Install programs, perform data backup and support technicians with remote access
• ▹Test new hardware and software

Requirements

• ▹Confident intermediate or higher German AND English written and oral language skills
• ▹Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends, 25-30 hours/week
• ▹High school diploma or higher education
