IT Administrator (Technician)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Installing, configuring and maintaining server, virtualization and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Developing IT concepts and architectures and enforcing administration solutions
• ▹Installing, configuring, maintaining and monitoring physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, VMware, Azure) and storage systems
• ▹Managing backup systems and disaster recovery
• ▹Analyzing and resolving technical issues in the server and virtualization environment

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT-related vocational training or degree (e.g. Fachinformatiker, computer science)
• ▹Knowledge of network hardware configuration
• ▹Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection
• ▹Experience administering Windows and/or Linux systems
• ▹Solid knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP)
• ▹Negotiation-level (at least C1) German and English skills
• ▹Class B/BE driving license
