IT Administrator – with Collective Agreement Pay

Responsibilities

• ▹Administer IT infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software and virtual servers (VMware)
• ▹Oversee server and network environments, administer Microsoft system environments
• ▹Ensure IT security through monitoring, fault analysis, and backup and recovery management
• ▹Provide first- and second-level user support
• ▹Create and maintain system and network documentation
• ▹Contribute to projects, including SAP basis administration, project support, and training participation

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT-related degree, relevant training, or comparable qualification
• ▹Solid SAP knowledge, ideally in SAP basis administration
• ▹Strong analytical thinking
• ▹Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style
• ▹High team orientation, reliability, and service orientation
• ▹Very good German, written and spoken
