Responsibilities

• ▹Take responsibility for IT operations within the team
• ▹Advise management on IT-related questions
• ▹Analyze problems and develop long-term solutions
• ▹Contribute to the technical implementation of projects
• ▹Manage external IT partners and handle licenses and contracts (e.g., MS 365, MSP)
• ▹Ensure disruption-free operation of on-prem hardware, the Hyper-V environment, cloud services, phone systems, printers, and industry-specific peripherals

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• ▹Experience in mixed IT environments (Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365)
• ▹Knowledge of virtualization (MS Hyper-V, Citrix) and networking (LAN, VPN, firewall, etc.)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working in a small IT team
• ▹Initial leadership experience
