IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure ongoing IT operations; maintain and develop systems (Windows servers, clients, network)
• ▹Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory
• ▹Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• ▹Support users in first- and second-level support (remote and on-site)
• ▹Document system landscapes, processes, and IT solutions
• ▹Contribute to IT projects, rollouts, and process optimizations
• ▹Coordinate with the internal IT team and external service providers

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT systems integration specialist) or comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of practical experience in system administration
• ▹Solid knowledge of Windows server environments, networking technologies, and Microsoft 365
• ▹Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style
• ▹Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork
• ▹Very good German, written and spoken
