Responsibilities

• ▹Responsibility for creating service designs and supporting service transition
• ▹Planning and executing minor and major changes, and handling incident and problem tickets
• ▹Further developing services through automation and improved user experience
• ▹Contributing to the agile CISCO focus team with expertise and ideas
• ▹Continuous optimization of processes and services

Requirements

• ▹Degree or vocational training in information technology with a focus on infrastructure/administration
• ▹Preferably several years of professional experience in network & security
• ▹Confident use of tools such as Wireshark, Netbox, PRTG and Python
• ▹Solid know-how in the Cisco networking environment and experience with leading security vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Trend Micro)
• ▹Negotiation-level (at least C1) German and English skills
