Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world Discover your exciting role Head of SAP - IT Applications & IT Platforms (m/f/d) is accountable for the end-to-end SAP ecosystem, ensuring continuity of the S/4HANA program, stability of operations, and alignment with business objectives. The role owns the SAP roadmap, core S/4HANA template, and governance framework across all SAP-related activities. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Own and drive the SAP strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation objectives * Ensure continuity of the end-to-end SAP program across implementation, rollout, and operations * Lead and govern the global SAP (S/4HANA) template + SAP cloud ecosystem, ensuring standardization, integrity, and controlled deviations * Provide functional leadership to SAP IT teams leads, ensuring alignment across domains and E2E processes * Manage SAP licensing, vendor ecosystem, and strategic partners, including performance, cost, and risk control Show your expertise * 10-15 years of experience leading global SAP S/4HANA landscapes, transformation initiatives, and rollout programs * Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, governance, template management, and integration landscapes * Proven leadership experience in matrix organizations with strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills * Solid knowledge of IT governance, compliance, security, audit requirements, and end-to-end traceability * Experience in vendor, service, and contract management (SAP, AMS), including budget ownership and cost optimization * University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage * SAP and project management certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ITIL, COBIT, PM methodologies) preferred; fluent English required, German is a strong advantage What we offer you * Your start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleagues * Attractive location: Our location in Stuttgart features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desks * Buddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the team * Work-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile working * Catering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floor * Keep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through EGYM Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in Germany Contact You want to be part of the Exyte team?
