Engineering Manager - Edge AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead day-to-day execution of the Edge AI team, translating product vision into sprint roadmaps
• ▹Own the migration of the AI assistant to an autonomous agentic setup across merchant channels
• ▹Set technical direction for LLM-powered system design with clear tradeoffs
• ▹Build a data-informed engineering culture by defining metrics and tracking delivery velocity
• ▹Hire, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and ML specialists, including interns

Requirements

• ▹Strong hands-on background in ML/AI engineering or data science, leading teams delivering production AI
• ▹Deep knowledge of LLM-powered system design (RAG, embeddings, tool/function calling, orchestration like LangChain or LlamaIndex)
• ▹Proficiency in Python and core AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers) with LLMOps/MLOps and CI/CD
• ▹Proven track record of launching AI features end-to-end in production
• ▹Ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability while managing stakeholders
