Responsibilities

• ▹Plan and carry out migration projects independently
• ▹Take responsibility for regular maintenance and further development of customer systems
• ▹Support customers of different sizes, from small and mid-sized businesses to enterprise clients
• ▹Optimize security and keep it up to date
• ▹Deliver exciting projects with the latest technologies

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or a degree (information technology or similar)
• ▹Several years of IT professional experience, ideally in configuring Microsoft infrastructure in hybrid and cloud-only environments
• ▹Knowledge of administration and configuration in one or more of the following Microsoft technologies: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Autopilot, Teams (including Cloud Voice), Defender
• ▹Good analytical thinking, independent and solution-oriented work, and an eye for potential in customer environments
• ▹Very good communication skills with negotiation-level German (level C1 or higher) and English (level B2 or higher)
