IT System Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Look after existing customers (IT support) and develop their infrastructure further
• ▹Analyze and improve existing processes by implementing Microsoft cloud technologies
• ▹Independently plan and carry out interesting migration projects
• ▹Take on a high degree of independence and responsibility in your areas
• ▹Act as an IT expert for IT experts and support customers of different sizes, from SMBs to enterprise customers
• ▹Maintain and extend the documentation

Requirements

• ▹Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification with a strong IT background
• ▹Several years of professional experience in IT
• ▹Very good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
• ▹Good knowledge of networking (switching, routing, firewalls, DHCP, DNS) and experience with Microsoft Active Directory and group policies
• ▹Good analytical thinking, independent and solution-oriented work, and the ability to spot potential in customer environments
• ▹Very good communication skills, business-fluent German (level C1 or higher) and English (level B2 or higher)
