The role oversees the company's core IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem, manages identity and access, leads cross-functional IT projects, and shapes AI adoption within the Security/IT department.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead the IT Project team and foster a collaborative, autonomous, high-performance culture
  • ▹Support team members' growth through coaching, training, and clear prioritization
  • ▹Administer and secure key platforms such as Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust, and Google Workspace
  • ▹Manage Identity & Access Management through SSO and SCIM
  • ▹Drive workflow optimization and automation projects and deliver cross-functional IT projects with measurable outcomes
  • ▹Identify impactful AI use cases and deploy approved AI tools with safe, responsible usage and governance
