Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the IT Project team: foster a collaborative, autonomous, high-performance culture and support team members' growth through coaching, training and clear prioritization
• ▹Administer, secure and evolve Pennylane's core IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem (Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Google Workspace and other critical SaaS tools)
• ▹Manage Identity & Access Management processes through SSO and SCIM
• ▹Define scalable governance standards for configuration, change management and platform reliability
• ▹Improve resilience through monitoring, automation and continuity-oriented practices
• ▹Drive workflow optimization and automation projects
• ▹Manage and deliver cross-functional IT projects with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
• ▹Maintain high-quality documentation and internal knowledge bases; reduce operational overhead through standardization and process improvements
• ▹Shape AI adoption within the Security/IT department: identify impactful AI use cases, deploy approved AI tools with safe and responsible usage, define AI governance standards with the internal AI committee, build AI literacy through training and documentation, monitor emerging AI trends and risks, reduce Shadow AI usage
• ▹Keep IT operations aligned with Pennylane's security and compliance standards: maintain and enforce policies aligned with ISO 27001 and DORA, oversee access reviews, security audits and remediation tracking, support audit preparation and evidence collection, manage Shadow IT
• ▹Oversee the IT fleet (Apple/macOS environment) and its security posture through Jamf: device hardening, inventory accuracy, tagging, compliance monitoring, consistent enforcement of security policies and updates
• ▹Manage external vendors, track and optimize the IT Project budget, evaluate new tools by operational impact, risk and scalability
• ▹Collaborate closely with the IT Support, Security Compliance, AppSec and FinSec teams; contribute to onboarding/offboarding processes, automation initiatives and company-wide security practices

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as an IT Lead/IT Project Manager or similar role in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment
• ▹Experience managing operational IT projects and cross-functional initiatives
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with SaaS administration tools such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust
• ▹Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including SSO and SCIM
• ▹Comfortable working in Apple/macOS environments
• ▹Good understanding of IT security, access governance and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2
• ▹Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, automation workflows and enterprise AI adoption practices
• ▹Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive topics end-to-end
• ▹Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach balancing security, scalability and user experience
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Rigorous approach to documentation, operational quality and continuous improvement
• ▹Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-moving environments
• ▹English (level assessed according to the department); energized by an ever-shifting work environment, highly collaborative, sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions day to day
