At Pennylane, a fast-growing French fintech, the IT Project Associate Team Lead leads the IT Project team and drives operational excellence across projects, security, compliance, and internal tooling. The role oversees the company's core IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem, manages identity and access, leads cross-functional IT projects, and shapes AI adoption within the Security/IT department.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead the IT Project team and foster a collaborative, autonomous, high-performance culture
  • ▹Support team members' growth through coaching, training, and clear prioritization
  • ▹Administer and secure key platforms such as Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust, and Google Workspace
  • ▹Manage Identity & Access Management through SSO and SCIM
  • ▹Drive workflow optimization and automation projects and deliver cross-functional IT projects with measurable outcomes
  • ▹Identify impactful AI use cases and deploy approved AI tools with safe, responsible usage and governance
