As AI & Ops Automation you are the dedicated technical point of contact for the Strat & Ops teams, building automations and AI agents that help them work faster and more reliably. You join the Growth & Automation team focused on the strategic and complex Accountant (EC) segment, acting as the technical arm of Strat & Ops Sales or Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- ▹Be the technical referent for Strat & Ops teams on multi-tool automation and AI
- ▹Build N8N flows, AI agents (Dust, N8N, Notion) and skills to help teams work better and faster
- ▹Understand the teams' processes, with attention to the long, multi-step adoption cycle of the accountant segment
- ▹Identify friction points in their processes
- ▹Act as the technical arm while Strat & Ops teams remain owners of their topics
Requirements
- ▹Ability to build automations across multiple tools
- ▹Experience with AI agents and workflow tools (N8N, Dust, Notion)
- ▹Understanding of sales/ops processes and automation
