Solution Designer – Business Process and UX Architect

UX/UI Designer • Architect • Hybrid • Full-time • Germany Rheine, Germany

PROGNOST Systems builds digital products and services to monitor, diagnose and optimise industrial assets. In the product management environment, the Business Process and UX Architect makes complex industrial processes understandable and scalable, with a focus on user experience and shorter time-to-value.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Translate complex business, diagnostic and service processes into clear software and workflow concepts
  • ▹Identify automation potential and improve workflows for users
  • ▹Design consistent system logic around services, SLAs, roles and permissions
  • ▹Develop intuitive user journeys focused on ease of use and high adoption
  • ▹Work closely with product management, UX and development
  • ▹Support product development with clear documentation, communication and user feedback

Requirements

  • ▹Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, human-computer interaction (HCI) or a comparable technical field
  • ▹Experience in business process design, UX or system architecture, or product conception
  • ▹Experience working with product management and agile development teams (Scrum)
  • ▹Very good understanding of B2B software, industrial applications or IoT platforms
  • ▹Ability to present complex technical content clearly, in a structured and user-oriented way
  • ▹Very good English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience with industrial software, IoT platforms or technical B2B products
  • ▹Knowledge of machine diagnostics, condition monitoring or service processes
  • ▹Experience with process and UX tools (for example BPMN, Figma, Confluence, Jira)
  • ▹Interest in AI-supported process or workflow automation
