Support Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide user support by phone and email
• ▹Register, document and follow up cases in a ticketing system
• ▹Administer e-service cards, including ordering, activation, blocking and certificate handling
• ▹Work with user data and basic permission administration
• ▹Troubleshoot problems related to e-service cards and login
• ▹Handle ongoing administrative tasks and keep information correct and up to date
• ▹Collaborate with colleagues and more experienced specialists on complex cases

Requirements

• ▹Experience in a service or support-oriented role working with people and digital systems
• ▹Experience of IT support, service desk, administrative support or similar work
• ▹Good computer and system skills, preferably with Microsoft 365 and Office applications
• ▹Experience of customer or user contact by phone
• ▹Habit of documenting, registering and handling information in a structured way
• ▹Ability to work independently and handle several tasks in parallel

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SITHS, SITHS Admin or SITHS Portal
• ▹Experience with the HSA directory or EK (Elektroniska katalogen)
• ▹Experience with permission or user administration
• ▹Administration or support in healthcare and social care
• ▹Healthcare systems such as TakeCare, Webdoc or PMO
