IT Project Manager (Concept and Information Modelling)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and facilitate workshops with the business, IT and the management organisation
• ▹Carry out concept analysis and develop shared concept models
• ▹Produce and quality-assure information and process models
• ▹Map business-critical information, information flows and responsibilities
• ▹Support work on master data, data quality and shared definitions
• ▹Analyse the links between processes, concepts, information, requirements and system support
• ▹Turn analyses and business needs into clear requirement, decision and procurement material
• ▹Provide method support and quality assurance in modelling, requirements specification and business analysis
• ▹Coach and support internal roles in the modelling work
• ▹Document results and help establish sustainable ways of working
• ▹Contribute to knowledge transfer so that methods can continue to be used in the organisation

Requirements

• ▹Relevant university education or equivalent competence gained through work experience
• ▹At least ten years of documented experience in concept and information modelling
• ▹Documented experience of concept and information modelling as the main part of previous assignments
• ▹Documented experience of process analysis, business modelling and requirements specification
• ▹Documented experience of leading modelling workshops with participants from both business and IT
• ▹Documented experience of producing concept models, information models and requirement material
• ▹Good ability to describe the links between processes, concepts, information, requirements and system support
• ▹Experience of master data, information flows, data quality or information ownership
• ▹Documented experience of modelling leadership, method support or coaching in modelling
• ▹Very good ability to communicate, facilitate and document in Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Ability to turn complex issues into clear models, requirements and practically usable material

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from a public-benefit housing company, municipal company or other public-sector organisation
• ▹Experience from the City of Stockholm, companies within Stockholms Stadshus AB or another large municipal organisation
• ▹Experience from property management or organisations with complex systems and information flows
• ▹Experience of work ahead of procurement, implementation or further development of IT support
• ▹Establishing shared concepts, information models or master-data ways of working
• ▹Knowledge of business analysis, architecture and modelling methods, for example the Astrakan method or equivalent
• ▹Training, coaching or mentoring experience in modelling, requirements specification or business analysis
• ▹Experience with requirements tools, modelling tools or documentation support
• ▹Experience adapting modelling methods to the maturity and needs of the organisation
