Incident and Change Management Specialist

Orange Cyberdefense is looking for an Incident and Change Management Specialist to join a team of nine, handling customer cases, incidents and service requests. The position involves a three-shift schedule (morning, afternoon and night).

Responsibilities

  • ▹Manage incoming customer requests by collecting and handling cases, incidents and service requests
  • ▹Perform the initial assessment of all incoming cases, resolve them when possible or escalate them to the right department
  • ▹Respond to alerts from monitoring systems
  • ▹Coordinate the daily activities of the cybersecurity technicians
  • ▹Coordinate hardware replacements for customers
  • ▹Contribute to the development of work routines and processes
  • ▹Create and maintain documentation

Requirements

  • ▹Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • ▹Experience working at Level 1 with incident management

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience or certifications in ITIL Service Management, Network+, Security+ or CCNA
