Responsibilities

• ▹Drive and develop business and IT architecture with a focus on Salesforce
• ▹Create a shared view of business goals, technology choices and the long-term target architecture
• ▹Support governance, prioritisation and decision-making in a complex transformation programme
• ▹Design architecture principles, standards and ways of working for Salesforce
• ▹Review solution and technology design against platform best practice
• ▹Guide the integration strategy between Salesforce and other business systems
• ▹Support planning, prioritisation and follow-up of deliveries and dependencies
• ▹Contribute to better data quality, technical sustainability and reduced technical debt

Requirements

• ▹Solid background in enterprise architecture and solution architecture
• ▹Experience of leading or guiding Salesforce initiatives in larger organisations
• ▹Ability to turn strategic goals into architectural choices and roadmaps
• ▹Experience of architecture governance, design reviews and delivery follow-up
• ▹Ability to communicate architecture issues to both decision-makers and technical teams
• ▹Knowledge of Salesforce / SFDC, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, integration architecture and data governance
