Business Analyst / IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Organise and run workshops to identify, qualify and prioritise business and user needs
• ▹Write and challenge user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• ▹Analyse the functional and technical impact of changes and help define solutions
• ▹Build the acceptance testing strategy, write test scenarios and lead functional validation campaigns
• ▹Take part in agile rituals: refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective
• ▹Maintain product documentation and functional user support material
• ▹Steer cross-cutting topics: schedule, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, steering committees and management reporting
• ▹Support go-lives, secure project documentation and help manage relations with suppliers or partners

Requirements

• ▹Degree from an engineering school, management school or university
• ▹At least 4 years of experience in technical and functional roles and project management within IT departments
• ▹Proven experience in functional analysis, formalising needs and writing user stories or specifications
• ▹Good understanding of application environments: application architecture, data exchange, connectors, APIs, flows and integration constraints
• ▹Ability to talk with developers, architects, production teams, product owners and business leads
• ▹Practice of agile environments and rituals: refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives
• ▹Experience defining an acceptance strategy, writing test scenarios and leading validation campaigns
• ▹Ability to structure a plan, track milestones, consolidate dependencies, identify risks and produce clear reporting

Nice to have

• ▹Banking experience on digital journeys, payment methods or data platforms
• ▹Professional English, to work in international environments or with technical documentation
