IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Assess requirements: build, maintain and share functional knowledge of processes, services and end-user products
• ▹Analyse business requirements from Product Management or customer applications
• ▹Size specification and validation work
• ▹Write feasibility studies, solution overview documents, interface control documents, product specifications and user guides, and present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders
• ▹Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other applications and ensure functional compatibility
• ▹Contribute to innovation and product evolution
• ▹Validate and sign off delivered functionality for compliance and system integrity
• ▹Investigate, validate and prioritise reported production incidents
• ▹Provide input to the test strategy and defect investigation
• ▹Interface with Product Management, Project Management, development teams and internal or external customers
• ▹Follow up project risks and report proactively, giving visibility on project progress
• ▹Provide level 4 support and maintenance on delivered functionality
• ▹Review and sign off the QA test plan; take part in release sign-off and risk assessment

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
