Responsibilities

• ▹Take ownership of operational processes and checks, completing important tasks accurately and on time
• ▹Maintain the Trade-in catalog and product matching
• ▹Monitor pricing and identify inconsistencies
• ▹Support seller limit adjustments and seller reactivation processes
• ▹Update customer and agent-facing content and support transactional CRM communications
• ▹Monitor fraud-related processes, investigate operational issues and coordinate incident resolution
• ▹Analyse data to identify recurring issues and root causes
• ▹Build or improve reports, dashboards, alerts and monitoring
• ▹Simplify manual workflows and reduce unnecessary steps
• ▹Prototype automation using available tools, AI and workflow platforms
• ▹Improve incident detection and reduce resolution time
• ▹Track the impact of improvements on incident rates, manual effort, customer satisfaction and seller experience
• ▹Document processes and create reliable playbooks for the teams
• ▹Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of the AI chatbot for customer support
• ▹Standardise processes, design scalable workflows and controls and automate repetitive checks

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on, curious and solutions-oriented
• ▹Enjoy investigating problems and finding ways to make things work better
• ▹Comfortable with spreadsheets and data extraction (SQL) and analysis
• ▹Curiosity about processes, automation, AI and tools such as Braze (CRM), Intercom (Customer Care), Zapier and Workato (automation), Tableau and Omni (data visualization)
• ▹Clear communication in English, both written and verbal
• ▹Must already be enrolled in a work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance / d'apprentissage)
