System Engineer (Active Directory)

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze the current Active Directory structure and identify areas for improvement
• ▹Redesign and rationalize the Organizational Unit (OU) structure
• ▹Analyze, review and optimize Group Policies (GPO)
• ▹Define and standardize naming conventions
• ▹Design and review the RBAC model
• ▹Define guidelines and best practices for managing the Active Directory environment
• ▹Support the planning and implementation of the new architecture
• ▹Produce and update the technical project documentation

Requirements

• ▹Established experience in managing and designing Microsoft Active Directory
• ▹Excellent knowledge of OUs, GPOs, groups, delegation and permission models
• ▹Experience redesigning complex, large-scale Active Directory infrastructures
• ▹In-depth knowledge of RBAC principles and Identity & Access Management
• ▹Ability to define standards and naming conventions in enterprise contexts
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft best practices for Active Directory security, administration and governance
• ▹Ability to analyze existing architectures and define target solutions
• ▹Operational autonomy, problem-solving skills and a structured approach
• ▹Good documentation skills and ability to work with technical teams and project stakeholders
