Metaline is looking for an IT support technician for the backup team of one of its clients, responsible for keeping backup solutions operational and handling data protection incidents.
Stack
Responsibilities
- ▹Monitor that backups run correctly
- ▹Analyse and resolve incidents related to backup operations
- ▹Carry out data restore requests
- ▹Handle and track tickets in the ITSM tool
- ▹Provide technical support to users and internal teams
- ▹Escalate complex incidents to expert teams
- ▹Help write and update technical documentation
- ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and services
Requirements
- ▹Good command of the Microsoft environment
- ▹Experience with ServiceNow or a similar tool
- ▹Windows 10 and Windows 11
- ▹Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
- ▹Active Directory
- ▹Awareness of backup and data security issues
- ▹Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in IT
- ▹First successful experience in IT support, operations or system administration
