Responsibilities

• ▹Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• ▹Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
• ▹Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodies
• ▹Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes and organizational policies
• ▹Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution and decision-making
• ▹Monitor project financials and support benefits realization

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments
• ▹Fluent Spanish and good English level mandatory
• ▹Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholders
• ▹Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
