Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of backend development experience
• ▹Java 21 or higher
• ▹Solid command of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data)
• ▹Hexagonal and microservices architecture
• ▹API design with an API First approach (OpenAPI / Swagger)
• ▹Design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, Domain Driven Design (DDD) and TDD
• ▹Apache Kafka and ActiveMQ-style messaging systems
• ▹Event-driven architectures, queue management, partitioning, consumption, retries
• ▹Relational (MariaDB or others) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• ▹Query optimisation, advanced database features (indexes, scalar functions, tuning) and data modelling
• ▹OpenShift / Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub and Spinnaker
• ▹Monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace)
• ▹Unit and integration testing
• ▹Using AI throughout the product lifecycle (from development to deployment)
• ▹Applying Spec Driven Development (SDD)
