Tech Lead Frontend (React)

Responsibilities

• ▹Technically lead the development team, define scalable solutions and promote software engineering best practices
• ▹Design and evolve frontend applications with React, Redux, JavaScript ES6+, REST APIs and micro-frontend architectures
• ▹Take an active part in development, code review and defining technical standards
• ▹Ensure software quality through testing, automation, good development practices and QA strategies
• ▹Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices, ensuring the stability and health of production services
• ▹Define and lead the product's technical roadmap, working with multidisciplinary teams on technology decisions
• ▹Mentor developers, take part in hiring and help new team members onboard
• ▹Help introduce AI-based solutions that add business value and improve user experience

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years as a Senior Frontend Developer or Tech Lead, technically leading teams and helping define architectures and development practices
• ▹Solid experience with JavaScript ES6+, React and Redux in complex development environments
• ▹Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and modern web application development
• ▹Design and integration of REST APIs
• ▹Solid knowledge of software engineering principles such as Clean Code, SOLID and good development practices
• ▹Unit testing, functional testing and test automation with Cypress
• ▹Advanced Git and collaborative development methodologies
• ▹Experience with micro-frontend and Shell architectures
• ▹Knowledge of scalable, product-oriented architectures
• ▹Interest in or experience with applying AI in the development cycle or in digital products
• ▹Technical leadership, mentoring and working in multidisciplinary environments
